She is a past member of the Board of the Georgia Coach Association, is a member of the International Coach Federation, and is a Founding Member of Coachville. In 2003, Laura co-founded, and co-chairs, the Professional Women’s Information Network (ProWIN) Professional Coaching Committee. Laura is an active member of the Decatur Business Association, the Young Professionals of Decatur and the Eating Disorders Information Network. In addition, Laura is published author, a senior editor and contributing writer for The Complete Lawyer e-zine, and is the creator of the Love Your Body, Live Your LifeSM program and products. Laura holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Music (Vocal Performance) from Rice University. In addition to being an accomplished singer/actor, Laura's work experience includes fifteen years in two major law firms, principally Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, where her most recent positions were Recruiting Coordinator and Attorney Resources Coordinator. Additionally, while at Kilpatrick Stockton, Laura was a member of the Atlanta Legal Recruitment Association, where she held the position of Vice President. She also graduated with honors from the National Center for Paralegal Training. Laura has two adorable, four-legged children.

Debby is a member of the International Coach Federation and its local chapter, the Georgia Coach Association, where she currently serves on the Board as Co-President. She is also active in the business community. Debby serves on the advisory board of ProWIN (Professional Women’s Information Network) where she co-founded and co-chairs the ProWIN Professional Coaching Committee. She was honored in 2008 as a Phenomenal Woman of North Fulton by the American Business Women’s Association, and she serves on the Board of Directors for the 2009 Siegel Institute Phenomenal Women’s Conference. Debby is also an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the Atlanta Business Chronicle, is a senior editor and contributing writer for The Complete Lawyer e-zine, and created and hosted “Practice Strategies for Business Success” on Radio Sandy Springs. Debby received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the Institute of Policy Sciences at Duke University in 1984. She then worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and in human resources for Contel Service Corporation. She received her Juris Doctorate with high honors from the Duke University School of Law in 1989 and practiced law for 16 years, first at McKenna Long & Aldridge, and later in her own firm, Stone Law Associates. She also contributes her time to a number of non-profit organizations in the metro-Atlanta area. Debby enjoys making jewelry and reading novels. She is also an avid Duke basketball fan. Debby is married, has a fifteen-year-old son and three cats. |
